OUR POLICY
 
RESERVATIONS:

We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability. To reserve any spa services, we require a major credit card or gift certificate number to hold your reservation(s).



CANCELLATION:

We have a 24 hours cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and 48 hours notice for packages or multiple services. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours or 48 hours will be billed 50% of the services that would have been rendered

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificate(s). Gift certificate(s) cannot be returned or surrendered for cash.

PACKAGE TREATMENTS POLICY:

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa package of treatment that was purchased. We will exchange them for you for other treatments, products or spa credit of equal value.

CHECK IN:

We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client, a profile will need to be completed prior to your service.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment OR alternatively, you may wait for the availability of the next technician. Regardless, you will be billed for the full service fee.
 

JEWELRY:

We suggest you remove your valuables prior to your visit with us. We are not responsible for any of your lost item(s).

CELL PHONES & PAGERS:

To guarantee a relaxing visit for all our guests, we ask that you please mute pagers and cell phones during your visit with us.

GRATUITIES:

Gratuity is not included in our pricing. The average gratuity for a spa service is 17% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction. We do not take gratuities on credit cards, so please provide a cash gratuity.

SPA PROMOTIONS:

Spa specials cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED POLICY:

Products purchased in our store are non-refundable or exchangeable.

NAIL SERVICES:

For our nail services guests, if you are not satisfied with the result of the nail service, please call us on the same day of service with a receipt number. We do not issue refunds, but we are happy to schedule an appointment to provide you with the same service. 


MEDICAL CONDITIONS: 

Please advice us of any medical conditions or concerns you may have. 

PRICES: 

All prices are subjects to change without notification.

TAXES: 

All services and products will be charged NYC tax.
